Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once the order is processed, we ship all of our orders with USPS Priority which should arrive in 2-3 business days if you are within the United States. International orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on where you live.

Some items must be shipped separately (for example a hoop and a DVD). Once the order is processed, we may need to add an additional fee to your order. If this is the case, we will e-mail you a Paypal Money Request. Once the additional shipping fee has been paid, your order will be shipped.

Buy Insurance

Fire Groove is not responsible for orders that get lost in the mail system. We highly recommend purchasing insurance to cover your order. Insure your package only for what its contents are worth; you are only covered for the actual value at the time and place of mailing.
